Overview
TSPV - IT Configuration Manager
Location: ACT. TSPV clearance required. Are you an experienced Configuration Manager looking to make a real impact within a high-security government environment? We're seeking a skilled professional to take ownership of configuration management practices, governance, and execution across a complex ICT landscape. Working with cross-functional teams, you will ensure the integrity and reliability of the CMDB and drive enterprise-wide alignment with ITIL principles.
Key Duties
Define and maintain the Configuration Management Plan in line with ITIL and agency policy.
Oversee CMDB governance, ensuring alignment with service expectations and data integrity.
Engage and align with stakeholders, SMEs, and product owners across the business.
Analyse CMDB health, audit results, and compliance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Key Criteria
Demonstrated experience as a Configuration Manager in a large ICT environment.
Strong knowledge of ITIL, particularly Configuration, Change, and Asset Management.
Hands-on experience managing ServiceNow CMDB or similar ITSM platforms.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and analytical reporting skills.
