**Job Details**:

- As the first point of contact for our patients, the receptionist plays a vital role in our clinic. You will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and ensuring a smooth and efficient flow of patients throughout the clinic. In addition, you will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, providing information about our services, and addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- To be successful in this role, you must be a confident and articulate communicator with exceptional organizational skills. You must also have a friendly and positive attitude, a passion for customer service, and a willingness to go above and beyond for our patients. Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is preferred.
