**About the Role**

A fantastic opportunity exists to join our warehouse team at a time of change and opportunity Due to business growth, we are seeking a self-motivated, driven and enthusiastic Warehouse Picker and Packer who thrives with hands-on work.

This is a permanent full-time position, in a fabulous family run business. Standards hours are Monday-Friday, 8:15am - 4:30pm.

Your love for warehouse operations and practical work will be evident, as will your commitment to following best practice procedures, to drive operational efficiencies and continuous improvement.

Practically minded, you will be a quick learner who is confident using hand tools and assembling products. Basic mechanical repair skills will be advantageous but aren't essential. Additionally, any previous experience or exposure with (or assisting with) daily planning, stock integrity, KPI's and best practice warehouse procedures will be highly regarded.

A team player, you will take pride in your work and strive to achieve internal and external customer satisfaction through impeccable service delivery. Your enthusiasm for your work will naturally see you want to go above and beyond in all that you do. Don't be fooled, this isn't an ordinary workplace or warehouse and logistics position.

You will be responsible for:

- Picking and packing products
- Preparing containers for shipment
- Loading and unloading of containers/pallets
- Entering sales orders into the computer system
- Using the RF Scanner to record and maintain inventory levels
- Manually lifting boxes up to 20kg
- Identifying any product faults that need addressing
- Assisting with stroller services and repairs when required
- Following and adhering to all operational health and safety requirements
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
- General warehouse duties
- Reach Forklift duties

Given the nature of this role, we require you to be physically fit for manual handling, loading and unloading containers and to stand for long periods of time.

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:
