**About Us**:
GrowFit is a national, award-winning program that brings active, educational health and fitness classes into early learning centres and OOSH's across NSW. We're expanding and looking for enthusiastic trainers in all areas of Sydney.

**The GrowFit Program**:
Our program involves creative, themed physical activity sessions that inspire children to lead fun, healthy, and balanced lifestyles. We focus on Sports, Hip Hop, and Yoga, with Sports being our most popular program. Our sessions are aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Framework, promoting gross motor development through structured and creative play. We cover topics like nutrition, exercise, sun safety, movement, sleep, and teamwork, always emphasising that "Being Fit is Fun."

**Job Details**:

- **Session Length**: 30 minutes
- **Shifts**: 1-3 hours in the morning and afternoon
- **Location**: Sessions are scheduled close to home to maximize earning potential
- **Compensation**: $45 - $50.00 per hour (casual)
- **Benefits**: Employee mentoring program, Travel reimbursement

- **Equipment**: All equipment is provided and delivered to you

**Who We're Looking For**:
Are you an early childhood educator, a fitness group instructor, or simply someone who loves working with kids and being active? If so, we'd love to hear from you
- Passionate about interacting with and teaching children
- Energetic and outgoing
- Enthusiastic, reliable, and professional

This role suits:

- Early learning educators seeking a change
- University students in PE teaching, Sports Science, Human Movement, Sports Management, or Primary School Teaching
- Casual school teachers looking to fill extra days
- Sports coaches seeking more work or extra income
- Personal trainers wanting additional income during the day
- Parents returning to work within school hours

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Working with Children Check
- Driver's license and own car (essential for transporting equipment)
- Current First Aid certificate
- Ability to be a little silly and have fun

**Highly Desirable**:

- Experience working with young children
- Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Education
- Certificate in Group Fitness

**Work Details**:

- **Job Type**: Casual
- **Schedule**: Within school hours (9am-4pm), flexible hours
- **Work Location**: Various Early Learning Centres
- **Team Meetings/HQ**: Leichhardt, Sydney (or via Zoom)
