**The Role**

Currently looking for a full-time barista with a front of house experience to help us for morning shifts. Minimum of 2 years hands-on specialty coffee experience in Sydney is a must. As our customers are mostly locals, we expect someone with a quick memory to remember faces and their coffees and have that quick talk as a part of providing the excellent service.

**What is Expected**

Following cleanliness and hygiene procedures
Keeping the coffee area impeccable at all times
Availability in early mornings
Good communication with customers
Help the front of house at busy times
Cash handling skills in fast pace rushes
Punctuality - shifts start from 5:15am

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: From $28.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Botany, NSW 2019: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Barista: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
- Food handling: 1 year (preferred)
