The Capex Analyst is responsible for the timely and accurate capex reporting and analysis for the Vocus group, in particular business partnering with the Infrastructure & Operations division.

This includes both financial and operational reporting on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis with a focus on understanding both the P&L and capex impact in the context of the budget/forecast and operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- Preparing monthly analysis and reporting on capital financial performance
- Support the budgeting and rolling forecast processes
- Responsible for ownership and optimisation of the Fixed Asset Register including additions, disposals, transfers, depreciation & amortisation
- Become the trusted advisor and key contact to project teams/PMO managers/senior management on the capex front
- Identification of process weaknesses and implement appropriate changes

**Skills**:

- CA/CPA qualified with prior experience in a mid-top tier accounting firm (4+ years)
- Demonstrated commercial experience
- Previous experience working in a financial accounting/fixed assets environment in particular a large, complex environment
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong organisational, time and project management skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
