About the opportunityThe Service and Warranty Coordinator plays a vital role within our Service and Warranty team, reporting directly to the Team Leader.
This position is focused on delivering seamless administrative support by coordinating inspections and scheduling trades, ensuring our new homeowners enjoy a smooth and positive post-build experience.
In this role, you will:Provide an unbeatable customer experienceBe responsible for efficiently coordinating calendars for our Serviceteam including organising appointments, trades and ensuring optimal utilisation of our serviceperson's timeIssuing and maintaining service reports, ordering materials and processing returned onsite paperworkBuilding and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholdersSuccessfully complete various administrative tasks with efficiency and excellent attention to detailThis is a 12 month parental leave cover contractAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values.
