The MC Group Co is a trusted provider of in-home support services to aged care clients living independently across Melbourne. We are seeking skilled and reliable **Contract Gardeners** to assist with general garden maintenance for our valued clients.

**Duties May Include**:

- Lawn mowing and edging
- Weeding and pruning
- Hedge trimming
- Mulching and planting
- Green waste removal
- Building garden beds (desirable)
- High-pressure cleaning (desirable)

**Requirements**:

- ABN (Australian Business Number)
- Public Liability Insurance (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Own equipment and vehicle
- Gardening experience required
- Strong communication and reliability
- Respectful and friendly manner with older clients
