**THE ROLE**

As the Adviser Assistant, you will play an integral role supporting a small team of financial advisers. This role will provide great exposure to financial advisory and stockbroking and will best suit someone with an interest in this space. If you're seeking a foot in the door into a corporate office environment, than this is the role for you

**DUTIES**
- Meet and greet clients visiting the office
- General office assistant duties including collecting mail and stock replenishing
- Maintain and manage client data on their internal system
- Manage and maintain meeting room schedules and presentation
- Other ad hoc administrative support to their advisers

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

You will also possess the following soft skills:

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Excellent time management and organisation skills
- Professional presentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using MS Office Suite
