**About Us**

Japan City the largest Japanese Concept Store in Australia combining Japanese restaurant and a gift shop under the same roof. We are looking for a full-time / part-time experienced kitchen staff.

**About the role**

Applicant will assist chef in preparations, making donburies/bento boxes/udons etc,
- 2 years experience in Japanese Restaurant
- Good knife skill
- Good fish handling skill
- Responsibility, reliability and good teamwork
- Fluent Japanese will be preferred but not essential
- Flexible availability

Available working shift will be Monday - Sunday 8:30 -15:30 for lunch and 16:30 -21:30 on Thursday/ Friday/Saturday dinner.

Salary will be decided depending on individual's experience and knife skills ( starting from $25~$30 + Super + annual leave ). If you are looking for a family like long-term stable restaurant job, Japan City will be the right place to apply.
