**About the Centre/Service**

Ferntree Gully 3 Year Old Preschool is a community-based, not-for-profit kindergarten service, operated by a parent/guardian Committee of Management. Our preschool is passionate about creating strong partnerships with families and the wider community. We pride ourselves on our play based learning environment, delivering a quality program incorporating the Reggio Emilia approach towards learning through play. We use open ended resources that allow children to connect to nature, encourage inquiry and inspire their imagination. Our large beautiful tree-filled yard encourages a passion for nature and sustainability. We believe children need to develop a love of nature and the outdoors in order to develop an appreciation for the environment. We are fully inclusive and provide our children with flexible routines to encourage and support deeper thinking, investigation and foster independence.
