Mitcham Girls High School is the only unzoned public girls' secondary school in South Australia. We are seeking an outstanding leader of teaching and learning who can drive the professional learning required to further develop the optimal conditions for female adolescent learners to learn and thrive. The applicant will need to demonstrate excellent knowledge of diverse teaching pedagogies that foster safe, supportive, and rigorous learning environments, together with a supportive and structured approach to coaching staff and students to improve practice, and a deep understanding of curriculum opportunities across Years 7-12.
