In this role, you will be part of the ongoing transformational growth and journey that will have a direct impact on commercial outcomes for both customer and business. Leveraging the relationships built both externally and internally, you will support with project deliverables to support both customer and supplier change processes.

This is a **permanent, full-time opportunity **and will be based onsite at **Blackwoods National Support Office, Macquarie Park **with the opportunity for some hybrid working.

**Some of the tasks**:

- Manage the end-to-end implementation of commercial deals to enhance customer and business outcomes
- Own the day-to-day relationships with key customers to understand requirements and deliverables
- Mitigate and resolve project issues as needed through appropriate solution planning
- Understand customer processes and provide recommendations for ongoing improvement activities
- Consult with stakeholders to identify the "to be" state and recommend pathways to achieve
- Support with continuous improvement activities across the business as needed

**Some of the skills**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience in project management in a non-IT environment
- A hands-on mentality with a willingness to achieve outcomes
- Demonstrable experience in process improvement activities
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams and bring people together
- Forward thinking mindset with a proactive nature to mitigate future impacts
