Caretaker - Glenelg

**What's involved?**

The Care Taker is required to undertake the following duties as directed by the Area Manager:

- Supervision of cleaning staff.
- Ensuring all staff follow WHS & Environment safety procedures, protecting the safety and welfare of all staff.
- Maintain a good client relationship.
- Reporting any client complaints, changes or requirements to Area Manager.
- Report all WHS & Environmental incidents, near misses and hazards to your Area Manager.
- Maintain a high cleaning standard.
- Check sign in/out books and communication book daily.
- To ensure timesheets are faxed through to pay office.
- Report staff absences to Area Manager regarding the arrangement of fill in staff.
- Ensure a harmonious work environment for all staff, reporting any difficulty with working relations to your Area Manager.
- Inspect cleaners work areas at least once a week and report poor performance to Area Manager.
- Follow any reasonable work instruction from Area Manager.
- Instruct cleaners of any change to work area or procedure as directed from Area Manager.
- Oversee site security including locking of doors, windows and arming of alarms.
- Report broken/faulty equipment to your Area Manager.
- Report any building or ground maintenance to site for repair.

**We are currently looking for**:
A caretaker is need to care for a place located in Glenelg area

Morning shifts include:

- 7am to 11am Saturday mornings
- 7am to 1pm one weekday

**MUST HAVE WWCC CHECK**
- **Current resume (including the area that you live in).**:

- **Current National Police Clearance**:

- **Current WWCC**

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $21.00 - $37.00 per hour

- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Adelaide CBD SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (required)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
