We are looking for baristas for multiple venues in the Blue Mountains.

We put the welfare of our staff at the forefront and have 3-4 positions available for fun, outgoing and reliable barista's.

Baked into our ethos is being welcoming and personal to our guests (as much as possible in a busy service). Being a leader in specialty coffee is part of what we do and we we offer great opportunities for new baristas.

Brunch is busy and fun with the start of the week working with our regulars. Then as our out of town guests arrive things get even more exciting. We are known as being the best in coffee and our coffee program is serious and we have great depth in this offering.

We are looking for people that want to grow professionally with colleagues that are serious players in the industry.

We have built something unique and are looking for like minded people to work with us. What is exciting is we are taking a fun approach to culture and are looking to develop a relaxed attitude to work. Yes we work hard however we want to removed the stress from work as much as possible and enjoy each others company.

**Salary**: $21.37 - $35.53 per hour
