**Your new team**

Orygen Specialist Program provides mental health services to young people aged 15-25 and their families/carers in Melbourne's northwest and western suburbs.-
**Your new role:
- A multiple multidisciplinary role open to Grade 3 Registered Mental Health Nurses and Grade 2 Occupational Therapists, Social Workers and Psychologists. In this role, you will:_
- Partner with young people and families/carers to provide inpatient-like care within the home environment
- Provide discipline specific interventions and recover-focused care in the home including risk assessments and policies, assessment of risk in provision of care
- Demonstrate skills in mental health and risk assessment, interventions, least restrictive practices and improved outcomes using evidence based best practice.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and receive supervision and support with professional development

**About You**:

- Passionate about mental health and making a positive impact to the lives of young people and their families/carers
- Previous experience in clinical practice within the mental health field, preferably with young people experiencing mental health disorders
- Ability to develop, implement and evaluate client-centred individual service plans, risk assessments and diagnostic formulations
- Ability to provide, or develop skills in, integrated assessment, treatment and care for consumers with dual-diagnoses
