Who are they?
This well-known menswear retailer has been a go-to for special events for decades. With a legacy built on style, fit, and service, they've earned a loyal following of grooms, graduates, and formalwear first-timers. Their Miranda store is a strong performer with a well-established client base, and they're now looking for a passionate, reliable Store Manager to lead from the front.
What will you be doing?
This role is all about delivering exceptional service and getting the fit just right. You'll be helping guys look and feel their best for big life moments - from weddings and formals to first suits and hire fittings. It's a unique blend of styling, selling, and customer care, with the added responsibility of managing the store's day-to-day operations.
You will :
Deliver 1 : 1 customer service and expert styling for events
Conduct fittings, measure for hirewear, and complete orders
Lead store operations, sales targets, and presentation standards
Take ownership of rostering, inventory, and VM
Manage peak season trade and work autonomously during quieter periods
Work Tuesday to Saturday - enjoy regular Sundays and Mondays off
Who are you?
You've got great personal presentation and a service-first mindset. Maybe you've worked in menswear, maybe you haven't - what matters most is that you've got the will to lead, learn, and deliver. This role suits someone who thrives on routine, takes pride in presentation, and enjoys a mix of quiet independence and high-energy retail periods.
You'll bring :
Experience in retail - menswear or formalwear highly regarded
Confidence in styling, customer care, or fitting - or a willingness to learn
Strong time management and self-motivation
A calm, reliable presence during both solo shifts and busy seasons
Flexibility to manage high volumes during peak times (Aug-Nov)
Availability to work Tuesday-Saturday - no Sundays or Mondays
