TeamKids is seeking exceptional educators who want to take their skills to the next level as Casual Responsible Person in our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service during the upcoming school holidays

**The role**

As a Casual Responsible Person, you will have the opportunity to take charge of the day-to-day operations of our OSHC service during our Holiday Program (Vacation Care), ensuring that children aged 5-12 years receive the highest quality care, education, and fun You will lead a team of educators to deliver engaging programs and activities that cater to individual needs while fostering positive relationships with children, families, school staff and the wider community.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you will need to be a natural leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills. As well as adequate knowledge and understanding of the provision of education and care to children.

**You will have or be working towards a Teaching Degree, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or similar, and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children.**
