**Job Description**:
The Operations Supervisor is a key position in our Industrial Gases division executed through effective communications internally and externally. This position is fast paced, and multi-tasking is crucial. Creativity and adaptability are key components to success.
- Develop and deliver a culture of safety, operational excellence and continuous improvement throughout the operation, with demonstrated year on year improvements in all areas.
- Engage with customers to understand perceived performance against expectations and identify current and future needs.
- Manage a group of over 20 salaried drivers and a team of subcontractors.
- Allocation of drivers to scheduled deliveries maintaining effective safety practices.
- Responsible for ensuring the safety, customer service and effective cost/revenue management of the bulk operation.

**Qualifications**:
***To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A proven track record managing diverse teams, within in a Transport Logistics environment.
- Experience managing and integrating large complex operations.
- Working knowledge and experience in Logistics/Supply Chain Management across all modes - warehousing, transport, freight forwarding in a highly regulated environment.
- Exceptional stakeholder management - internal and external.
- Working knowledge the Industrial Gases / Dangerous Goods sector highly advantageous.
