We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support the growth and performance of our Brand Partners across Australia and New Zealand.
This role is key in coordinating sales initiatives, providing operational support, and assisting the sales leadership team to achieve business goals.In this role, you'll be at the intersection of sales execution, campaign activation, and Brand Partner experience, ensuring every initiative lands with impact.
From promotions and product launches to field recognition and leadership events, you'll be the one that ensures everything runs seamlessly – on time and on brandThis is a high-touch, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is motivated by bringing sales and marketing strategies to life in the field.Key Responsibilities :Sales & Administration CoordinationProvide critical day-to-day support to the Director of Field Development and ANZ Sales team to enable excellence in executionManage logistics for national and regional sales calls, training sessions, and online touchpointsPrepare and polish impactful presentation materials, sales decks, and internal communicationsLeverage project management tools (e.g. Asana) to align global deliverables with local timelines and market expectationsAct as the go-to contact for scheduling, team coordination, and cross-functional alignmentCampaigns & PromotionsSupport the planning, execution, and tracking of sales promotions and field campaignsCollaborate with Marketing to coordinate toolkits, key messaging, timelines, and post-campaign reviewsEnsure promotional materials are delivered to market accurately and consistentlyProvide basic email campaign support – liaise with IT to ensure subscriber databases are current and well maintainedBrand Partner Engagement & RecognitionOwn the tracking of key milestones : new ranks, achievements, incentives, and leadership developmentDevelop compelling recognition touchpoints – from celebration posts and digital assets to reward logistics and giftingSupport a warm, timely, and proactive response to field enquiries, nurturing strong relationships and field trustPerformance & Reporting SupportAssist in compiling performance dashboards, sales reports, and campaign metrics that drive strategic insightMaintain leaderboards and growth trackers to foster healthy field momentumOpportunity to upskill in data storytelling and help translate numbers into actionable recommendationsEvents & Experiential MarketingCoordinate logistics for local events, incentive trips, meet-ups, and Brand Partner activationsAssist with pre-event planning, on-site support, and post-event wrap-up including follow-up comms and feedback analysisEnsure our recognition and engagement efforts show up as elevated, professional, and brand-enhancing.RequirementsJob RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred).2–4 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing support, event management or commercial administration(MLM / Direct Selling industry experience highly valued).
