Samsisekki, an authentic Korean restaurant in Mitchell, Canberra, is looking for a dedicated Hall Manager to join our team and ensure the highest level of service for our guests.

[Position Overview]
As the Hall Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all front-of-house operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. You will lead, train, and support the front-of-house team, manage reservations, and handle customer inquiries and concerns efficiently.

[Key Responsibilities]
- Supervise and coordinate all front-of-house activities.
- Train, schedule, and manage front-of-house staff, including servers and hosts.
- Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and set up according to restaurant standards.
- Manage customer reservations and seating arrangements.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and feedback in a professional manner.
- Monitor inventory levels of front-of-house supplies and place orders as needed.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.

[Requirements]
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Korean cuisine and culture is a plus.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Weekend availability
