**Role Summary**: As a People & Culture Business Partner, reporting directly to the Chief People and Culture Officer you will be an integral part of P&C team, of a stable growing organisation. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and deliver company's policies, procedures, and programs. You will work collaboratively to improve and maintain a place where people want to work, while actively supporting the development of an organizational culture that aligns with our values and promotes a positive and safe environment for our staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement P&C strategies that align with company's strategic and business goals, values, and objectives.
- Partner with the leadership team to identify talent needs, develop workforce and succession plans, and foster a high-performing culture.
- Design remuneration packages, policies, and procedures that enhance Company's attractiveness as an employer.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and development programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Support the development of a high-performance culture, including managing performance-related discussions.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations by developing and implementing relevant policies and procedures.
- Support managers in employee relations and ensure timely and effective resolution of any issues that arise.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary packaging, professional development, and well-being initiatives.
- Analyze HR data, identify trends, and provide recommendations for improvement to the CEO, Governance and Culture Committee, and the Board.
- Continuously improve P&C processes and systems to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of company's operations.
**Required Competencies**:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in People & Culture, preferably with exposure to the technology sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support strategic and business objectives, while fostering a positive organizational culture.
- Strong knowledge of P&C laws and regulations.
- Experience in managing employee relations issues and successfully resolving conflicts.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with Software-as-a-Service based HR technology platforms and tools.
