**Location**: Adelaide, Australia

**Role**: Handyman Subcontractor

**Responsibilities**:

- Carry out a variety of handyman tasks including, but not limited to carpentry, painting, and general household repairs.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and clients, keeping them informed about progress and any potential issues.
- Manage time effectively to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing client concerns promptly and professionally.

**Requirements**:

- Must have an Australian Business Number (ABN).
- Must hold relevant licenses such as a builder's license.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a handyman.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude towards work.
