Acu-Tech Piping Systems has a great opportunity for a Machine Operator seeking a full-time or casual placement.

Acu-Tech is a leading manufacturer and supplier specialising in complete Polyethylene (HD-PE) pipe systems and solutions. Located in Redbank, Queensland you'll be joining a company with a supportive and fantastic culture.

**Upon completion of training, the role will be responsibilities for**:

- Operating and monitoring 1 pipe PE pipe extrusion lines;
- Setting and operating a coiler machine on extrusion lines;
- Regularly measuring the product being manufactured and recording all findings;
- Accurately recording measurements and machine data;
- Sourcing coloured materials to be used for the manufacturing process;
- Operating forklift and hubtex machinery;
- Identifying and diagnose faults on the extrusion lines, adjust machinery settings to maintain manufacturing quality.
- Working rotational day/afternoon/night roster (8-hour shift)
- Current Forklift Licence (LF High Risk Licence)
- Previous experience working in the extrusion lines is a plus
- Current Drivers Licence
- Proven mechanical or technical knowledge/understanding will be an advantage
- Have a positive 'Can Do' attitude
- Has the capacity to learn complex processes quickly and thoroughly

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
