Talison Lithium aims to maximise local employment where possible by recruiting people who live in and around
our local communities of Greenbushes, Bridgetown, Donnybrook, Nannup, Boyup Brook and Manjimup.

**About the Role**

Due to the continued growth of our Maintenance Department, we currently have consistent rostered
opportunities for Casual Shutdown Operators, Lubrication Technicians and Administration Officers.

These roles will appeal to applicants who are seeking a flexible work roster and are wanting to learn new skills.

No previous experience required, Talison will provide extensive on the job training in these roles. This is an
excellent opportunity to expand your current knowledge or to combine site-based hands-on learning with
mentoring and coaching from industry leading professionals in the lithium minerals field.

**In these roles you will**:

- have a proactive, collaborative approach and commitment to safety;
- ensure all safe work systems, procedures and standards are adhered to through frequent inspection of the

workplace;
- have a willingness to contribute toward the success of your team while supporting a positive team culture;
- be a team player with the ability to work independently when required; and
- reside or be prepared to relocate to within 60 minutes' drive of the Greenbushes Lithium Operation.
