**About the Role**:
We are looking for a Full Time Educator Assistant for our centre in Doncaster East, as well as casual and part-time roles As part of the Gloryland Team you will:

- Work collaboratively with other qualified educators
- Provide education and care to children aged 8 months - 5 years
- Plan for learning across indoor and outdoor learning environments
- Support the daily operations of the room routine
- Build your professional portfolio and skills

**Qualifications & Experience required**:

- Minimum of Cert III or Diploma in Children's Services or enrolled in an approved Early Childhood education course (with at least 50% completed)
- Valid Working with Children's Check
- Certified First Aid & Anaphylaxis training
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, with 3 doses
- Experience working in a Long Day Care setting, with sound knowledge of ELYF, and NQF (or willing to take on training for experience)
- Provide at least 2 referee contact details, must have one referee who holds a managerial role and has worked with you in the past 6 months
- Ability to work together in a diverse team of educators
- Positive attitude with strong work ethics
- Ability to build rapport easily and quickly with families, staff, children and the wider community
- Confident with programming and planning for children's learning
- Willingness to learn and improve on professional practice
- Ability to attend regular staff meetings/training days
- Availability to work during school holidays, and have flexible working hours to do both opening and closing shifts
