We are seeking customer-obsessed and results-oriented graduates to join the third-party sellers team as Graduate Account Managers.
In this role, you'll be crucial in shaping the future of e-commerce in Australia by creating and nurturing relationships with diverse sellers and helping them maximise their success on the Amazon Australia store.
As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage Amazon's tools to help businesses expand their customer base and increase sales.

- Help sellers adopt the right programs and tools to maximise their growth on Amazon.
- Analyse industry and Amazon internal data to identify opportunities and build recommendations to help sellers achieve their goals.
- Gather and relay seller feedback to internal Amazon teams to improve both seller and end customer experiences.
- Implement and track metrics to measure success of the sellers in your portfolio and uncover opportunities.A day in the lifeAs a Graduate Account Manager you'll connect with sellers to understand their needs, collaborate with product teams on solutions, and analyse performance data to identify growth opportunities.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - You must be in the final year of a university undergraduate or postgraduate degree (any discipline) or;- Completed your university studies (any discipline) in the last 24 months of applying- You have some experience (e.g., internships) in sales or account management, marketing or consulting.
- You have excellent communication skills and can explain complex concepts simply, both in writing and orally.
- You are a confident user of MS Office products and applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Some work experience - whether through placement years, internships or university (e-commerce experience highly regarded)- Knowledge of SQL and Excel at an advanced level (including pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.)- Experience using Customer Relationship Management systems.Applications and Assessment Process :All candidates will be invited to complete an online assessment which we encourage you to complete within 5 business days.
