We are a leading provider of cleaning services, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality and reliable cleaning solutions to various industries. We have recently started providing our services for premium aged care facilities across Melbourne and are currently seeking **hardworking**, **reliable** and **friendly **Supervisor** who have great communication skills to join our team in **Donvale, VIC**.
- **TLC The Heights (Donvale, VIC)**:

- **Monday to Friday from 6**:00 a.m to 2:00 p.m.**

As a cleaning supervisor in an aged care center, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within each residential home, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and other workers. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

- Completing vacuuming, waste removal, dusting, wiping, mopping, and / or washroom cleaning across common / public areas and within resident rooms.
- Following instructions from your Manager, supervising staff and reporting any issues.
- Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.
- Completing equipment checks.

To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a **team player** with a **strong customer service **skills** and an ability to **follow directions** and **work autonomously**. Training to complete your role effectively and safely will be provided but previous cleaning experience is preferred.

In addition, as you will be working within an aged care environment, you will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process:

- **Necessary **vaccinations **(3 x Covid-19).****:

- **Willingness to take a free covid test on site at the start of each working day and wear mask throughout the entire shift.**
