
Program Support Officer

Responsibilities
Where required, administer, maintain and ensure the delivery of a range of high-level support activities associated with delivery of the Queensland Transport and Roads Investment Program (QTRIP), including:
- Project Systems
- Gather data from relevant sources
- Input data into relevant systems
- Conduct data analysis and interpretation
- Produce reports for various key stakeholders
- Upload and maintain infrastructure contract tenders in QBuild eTender portal. Provide high level non-technical support to project managers and team members, including establishing and maintaining spreadsheets and registers to provide timely information, generating documents and reports, and providing updates to various stakeholders (internal and external)
- Provide financial and project system training, guidance and support to project and contract managers. Consult with internal and external stakeholders at various levels using professional written and verbal communication. Ensure operational practices and standards of service and performance comply with departmental and regional policies, legislation (incl. WH&S), and governance obligations.
