To be eligible, you must hold or be in the final year of an Engineering degree ideally with a
focus in Hydraulics Engineering
and have full working rights in Australia.
What is your role?
As a Graduate at ADP Consulting, you'll be part of a national graduate cohort with hands-on training from day one. You will contribute to meaningful, sustainability-led projects while being supported by industry mentors and technical experts in hydraulics engineering.
Your experience will include:
Working on real projects with support from experienced engineers and leaders
Participating in monthly national graduate learning sessions (e.g. ESG in Consulting, Personal Branding, Saying Yes to Opportunities)
Engaging with clients, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful designs
Accessing a learning platform with over 97,000 professional resources

Hydraulics Engineering Graduate
