**About the Position**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated team player who is willing to support the organisation to achieve business goals by responding to security operational requirements and upholding excellence. As the Security Operation Analyst, you will need to have great communication skills and proven commitment to continuous learning.

**The Responsibilities**:

- Provide analysis and take actions to systems and infrastructure.
- Continue to investigate any security flaws.
- Working closely with the project and operational team on security tools and systems.
- Develop and maintain security standard procedures and documentation as required.
- Perform security duties as directed by the security manager.
- Review and process requests raised by the Security Team.

**Skills**:

- Relevant security certifications (e.g. CISSP)
- Qualification in computer science, information security or related fields is essential
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work in a team with a diverse cultural background.
- Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as Python and PowerShell.
- Great understanding of TCP/IP stacks, network analysis, security tools, and technologies.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with interpersonal skills demonstrating proficient customer service.

**You Are**:

- Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous experience in a position focusing in Security Operations Analysis or Cyber Security.
- Proven experience providing effective cyber security threat management.
- Demonstrated experience in the technical operations of security solutions.
- Have excellent follow-up skills.
- Have a positive attitude and be a team player.
