Our busiest time of year is approaching, and we are seeking new Seasonal Retail Consultants to support our incredible Myer Perth City store team across Festive Season 2025.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them to relevant products
Welcome visitors into the space and deliver an exceptional, inclusive customer experience through thoughtful interactions
Support store teams to meet customer needs, process sales and manage stock levels with attention to presentation

What Are We Looking For
The ability to communicate with warmth, curiosity and sincerity
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
No prior retail experience necessary but ideally you will have some experience within a customer service role or environment
An interest to learn product knowledge
Flexible and open availability throughout October – February (full availability required for these periods; 24th November – 24th December, 26th December)
These roles are casual and commence from September 2025 and conclude in February 2026, with an opportunity to secure ongoing employment based on business needs.
We are seeking flexible candidates with passion for retail, who have full availability across this time, including late-night and weekend trading hours.
This operates on an on-site working pattern.
