**The role**:
In this role, you will report to the Roster Team Leader and be responsible for managing staffing allocations across all our homes. Your key duties will include forward planning, developing, and administering daily staff schedules for residential services, in consultation with the relevant Service Manager.

**To be successful you will need**:

- High level of knowledge and experience working in a rostering or scheduling role within a complex, fast paced and multidisciplinary 24/7 industry.
- Well-developed capacity to manage the competing demands of a busy environment, work to deadlines and maintain attention to detail
- A sound working knowledge of Enterprise agreement interpretation and fatigue management principles
- Extensive knowledge of Rostering, Payroll process and Time Capture systems including experience undertaking system administration functions to keep the Rostering system up to date
- Demonstrate effective communication skills and the ability to liaise with staff and managers to coordinate shifts
- The availability to work within the business span from 5.30am to 2:00pm Monday
- Friday onsite, or WFH when there is an operational need to do so
