Job Description Are you an experienced allied health professional with apassion for leading a team and shaping the next generation of clinicians?
We are looking for anSpeech Pathologistwho is looking for the next step into team management.You'll have the opportunity to share your expertise, mentor emerging professionals andcontribute to meaningful outcomes in your local community.You will have a passion for leadership, and whether you have experience in leadership OR are looking for the opportunity to step into leadership on a permanent basis, we would love to hear from you
This role will require you to put your exceptional clinical skills to use as youmake a difference in the lives of the NDIS participants on your caseloadand foster the development of others in the team.Responsibilities will include:Manage an allocated caseload and complete therapeutic services in a timely mannerDeliver much neededSpeech Pathologyservices to participants within schools, homes and the local communityUse clinical observations, standardised assessments and interpret findings to formulate treatment goalsunique to each participantProvide therapeutic interventions that are evidence-based and help participants get more out of lifeCollaborate with a multidisciplinary teamSupporting graduate and early careerSpeech Pathologists through clinical supervision, mentoring, and professional developmentBuild a collaborative and supportive environment to help team members achieve high-quality clinical outcomesSupporting clinicians with scheduling, referral allocation, and workflow optimisationMaintain awareness of current NDIS legislation to ensure complianceWhat we offer you
