Overview
2 x HP3 or HP4 Hospital Pharmacist required for urgent locums in Wide Bay, Queensland. There are options in an acute and subacute hospital. The caseload will cover ward based across gen med/surg/orthopaedics.
Responsibilities
Provide hospital-based pharmacy services in a ward setting across general medicine, surgery and orthopaedics.
Work in a hospital setting with Australian hospital experience.
Qualifications
AHPRA registration (Australian Pharmacist).
Australian hospital pharmacy experience required.
Open to experienced HP3 or HP4 clinicians.
Details
Start: 22 September for 2-3 months.
Locum rates up to $80 per hour + super, depending on experience.
Accommodation provided.
$250 travel reimbursement (each way).
Credentialing paperwork to complete before commencement.
Location and Context
