The courtyard café serves fresh, tasty meals and barista-fresh coffee, giving a cosmopolitan flair to the lifestyle here.

Shalom Centre aged care home offers quality care in a shared-accommodation setting that is accessible to everyone. All rooms are fitted with en-suite bathrooms and feature large windows that bring in plenty of natural light and overlook tranquil gardens.

Our doors remain open for your loved ones too. Want to celebrate a special occasion? Our on-site café, large chapel and palatial entertaining area will always welcome your friends and family - whatever the occasion.

**About the role**

You'll be part of a team, empowering and supporting one another to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the people we serve. As Administration Officer/Coordinator, you are responsible for delivery of administrative functions for aged care services.

**_ This is a permanent part time position from 8.30am to 4.30pm Mon-Weds with weekend availability_**
- You are a team player, enjoy interacting with older people
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Competent computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have proven experience in office administration/clerical position
- Great customer service with ability to perform tasks with minimum supervision
