Due to growth, a strong pipeline of work and overall strategy, they are looking to hire an experienced litigation lawyer with around 3 years plus pae to Senior Lawyer/Senior Associate level.Our client is a stalwart in their space and lead the way in the areas of property and body corporate law as well as construction law with decades of experience behind them.The role will see you working on property disputes, strata disputes, building defects litigation, disputes between lot owners, contractors and managers, matters before NCAT, contractual disputes, mediations, adjudications.About YouThe ideal candidate will:Be an experienced litigator, ideally with experience in property disputes and/or building disputesAlternatively, you are an experienced litigator who has an interest in property and building disputesHave excellent technical skills as well as commercial nousHave excellent communication skills, able to foster strong client relationshipsBe a team player but also enjoy working independentlyBe highly organised and be able to manage competing deadlinesBe enthusiastic, be pro-active and a self-starterCulture & BenefitsOn offer is a generous salary package.Other benefits include a clear and transparent career path.Other benefits include: access to development programmes, access to leadership programmes, support for further study, achievable budgets & KPI's, an active social calendar, payment to attend industry events, opportunity to purchase extra annual leave, health & well-being initiatives.The culture is genuinely supportive and welcoming.
