Doughnut Time Australia are hiring casual Kitchen & Store Team Members to be based at our Burleigh site

If you have previous experience in a hospitality setting or customer service role, then we want to hear from you This is an all-rounder role that will allocate casual shifts across the doughnut glazing and customer service areas of the store. The successful individual will be based in the Gold Coast to assist the team with the kitchen production in the Burleigh kitchen or assist customers at the storefront.

KITCHEN PRODUCTION: Shift starting times from 5.00PM and finishing times as late as 12.30am

CUSTOMER SERVICE: Shift starting times from 8.30AM and finishing times as late as 10.30PM

Your daily tasks will involve:

- Assisting the store in serving customers doughnuts, gelato & shakes
- Providing a friendly and warm customer experience that keeps our customers engaged and returning again and again
- Strong communication with your team and managers via our work groups
- Glazing doughnuts and kitchen production work (5pm starting time)

1. Previous experience in a delivery driving or hospitality position

2. Confident to work autonomously and without supervision

3. Flexible schedule and will be able to work during the weekdays, evenings & weekends

4. Has a strong attention to detail and is very accurate in their work

5. Reliable and trustworthy

6. MUST be able to travel to work in Burleigh - having your own transport would be an advantage.
