We are currently searching for dedicated home care support workers to assist older clients in the community.
Your responsibilities will revolve around preserving their independence at home and enriching their quality of life.In this role, you will: Provide in-home personal care, assisting with daily living activities such as showering, personal hygiene, meal preparation, house cleaning, and laundry & ironing.Deliver personalised care aligned with each client's unique Care Plan.Monitoring and reporting any changes in the client's health or behavior.Working as a team to create a positive experience for our clients.Provide support with transportation needs, helping with shopping trips and appointments, to empower active community patriation.Requirements: Must have a current driver's license and your own vehicle (with comprehensive insurance).
Willingness to travel to clients' homes within the specified service locations in Tamworth.Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with people from diverse backgrounds.Reliable, punctual, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.Flexibility in working hours and approach.
