We are now seeking a **Full Time Frozen Yogurt Team Leader **for our upcoming location at Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (QLD), set to open late-December 2024.
- YOMG pronounced "yo-em-gee" launched in Melbourne in 2013, and since, has expanded to nine bustling locations across Victoria and Queensland. The YOMG team is now headed to the Gold Coast, to introduce our epic offering of premium self-serve frozen yogurt to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre._
- YOMG's signature froyo is hand-crafted using fresh milk and farmers yogurt, combined with pure fruit purées or fancy caramel saltiness before being swirled into creamy soft serve deliciousness._
- Our toppings line up - the true MVPs when it comes to YOMG. Choose from creamy peanut butter or Nutella drizzle to fresh strawberries, mini m&ms, dark choc goji berries, or our famous YOMG crumble and house-made cookie dough, we have a topping for every mood and craving. Whether you are feeling decadent or prefer to stick to the classics, YOMG have you covered._

We are on the lookout for our next frozen yogurt superstar, passionate about self-serve frozen yogurt and customer service. As a Frozen Yogurt Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring quality customer experience, store cleanliness, and product quality, while leading a positive and fun team working environment. You will have in-depth knowledge of the YOMG products and ingredients to enhance the YOMG customer service.

**Applicants to this role, must be**:

- available to work a combination of days, nights, and weekends,
- available to work a minimum of 38 hours per week,
- skilled at problem solving, and being solution centric,
- a dynamic and enthusiastic individual, passionate about self-serve frozen yogurt,
- able to work well in a team environment,
- trustworthy with glowing references,
- a great communicator, with charisma and amazing interpersonal skills,
- willing to learn and excel.
