You'll join a diverse team of technical experts in dozens of countries who help customers achieve more with the AWS cloud.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with pre-sales and delivery teams to help partners and customers learn and use services such as AWS Glue, Amazon S3, Amazon DynamoDB, Amazon Relational Database Service (RDS), Amazon Elastic Map Reduce (EMR), Amazon Kinesis, Amazon Redshift, Amazon Athena, AWS Lake Formation, Amazon DataZone, Amazon SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock.
Deliver technical engagements with partners and customers, including participating in pre-sales visits, understanding customer requirements, creating consulting proposals and packaged data analytics service offerings.
Lead engagements that demonstrate the use of AWS services to support new distributed computing solutions, often spanning private and public cloud environments.
Support migration and modernization of existing data applications and development of new data applications using AWS cloud services.
Explore innovative uses of Data Analytics and GenAI to enable data-driven decisions and business outcomes for customers.
Design and run experiments, research new algorithms, and find new ways to optimize risk, profitability, and customer experience in fast-paced environments.
Use ML and Generative AI tools (e.g., Amazon SageMaker and Amazon Bedrock) to provide scalable cloud environments for data labeling, model training, tuning, and deployment.

AWS Professional Services is a global team of consultants helping enterprise customers achieve business outcomes on AWS Cloud.
ProServe consultants work with hundreds of the world's largest enterprises to help them deliver cloud initiatives.
Basic Qualifications
5+ years of IT implementation experience
Experience facilitating discussions with senior leadership regarding technical/architectural trade-offs, best practices, and risk mitigation
Experience and technical expertise in cloud computing technologies
Experience implementing AWS and/or third-party Data Analytics services (e.g., Amazon Redshift, AWS Glue and AWS LakeFormation, dbt, Spark, Python).
Experience coding in Python, R, Matlab, Java or other modern programming language
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges in an enterprise environment
Hands-on experience leading large-scale global data analytics projects aligned with business use cases
Experience in Data Quality management: processes to measure and manage data quality, enforce data controls, and provide data assurance
Experience implementing AWS services in varied distributed computing, enterprise environments
Strong customer-facing skills to represent AWS in the customer environment and drive discussions with senior personnel regarding trade-offs, best practices, project management and risk mitigation
