**The Roles**:
**ASSISTANT MANAGER**: A pivotal role in West Pinjarra, Forrest Highway. Assist with day-to-day operations, team building, and adherence to standards. This full-time role offers a balanced schedule with one weekend day off per week and includes monthly performance bonuses and weekly travel allowance.

**DUTY MANAGER / SUPERVISOR**: Assist with day to day operations across various locations in the Mandurah/ Peel area and driving our popular mobile café food van. If you like variety this is the role for you. Approx. 25-35 hours per week, drivers' license is essential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets
- Staff coordination and training
- Manage cafe inventory, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards to meet customer expectations

**Requirements**:

- Previous hospitality management experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving targets (sales and labour)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Organisational abilities to manage operations effectively in a fast-paced environment
