We have After School Care Coordinator opportunities in **Cape Clear**, **Rokewood**, and **Shelford**.

**About the role**

Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
- Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
- Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
- Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management
- Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration

**About the schools**

**Cape Clear**:

- lead an existing service with an average attendance of 8 children, with regular 20.5 hours per week.

**Rokewood** - a brand new service with an expected attendance of 8 children, this is a chance to build your own service from scratch

**Shelford**:

- a brand new service, 18 hours per week with an expected attendance of 4 children.

**Who are we looking for?**

We can teach you about the job and sector, but a few basics you need to have:

- Enjoy working with kids
- Strong and clear communication
- Team player with a desire to become a service leader
- Hold or willing to obtain a national police check (we'll pay for it) and a state check for working with children
- Australian work rights
