**Distribution Team Leader - Torrensville**

**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will manage the distribution of products to depots, customers and retail outlets within the zone and interstate. Plan and coordinate transport operations' activities while liaising with other functions within the business
- Your responsibilities include ensuring compliance to Linde standards, local regulations and contracted terms & conditions.Monitor the drive-cam system to ensure effective coaching is carried out in a timely manner
- Facilitate and execute the Distribution strategy for your areas, in line with the Regional Distribution plan as directed by the distribution manager
- You shall work with the Distribution manager to execute strategy on Safety, Service, People and Performance Provide clear direction to direct staff and contractors ensuring the strategy is clearly communicated and effectively understood in each of the Areas
- Furthermore provide coverage for other roles within distribution as directed by the distribution manager

**What makes you great**
- You hold professional and technical competence within Logistics operations with 1-3 years of experience managing a team
- You come with excellent motivational and leadership skills - breeds a 'Can do' attitude in teams
- Ability to understand large-scale transport scheduling systems and processes
- Your knowledge base includes dealing with Dangerous Goods transport
- You have Experience in SAP systems and processes with strong verbal and written communication skills
