We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Officer to join our high performing Finance Team.
The Accounts Receivable Officer is a key member of the transactional Finance team, assisting in the day-to-day processing of operational transactions and investigating variances.About the role:As our Accounts Receivable Officer, you'll:Manage AR ledgers across multiple entitiesReconcile bank transactions with internal reportsProcess and match deposits in the accounting systemInvestigate discrepancies and outstanding balancesMaintain debtor levels within KPIsGenerate accurate ad hoc invoicesResolve internal and external AR queriesIdentify and implement process improvementsAssist with month-end close and journalsSupport stakeholder relationshipsCollaborate with the finance team to meet targetsAbout youYou bring hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and bank reconciliationsYou're a clear communicator who can solve problems with confidenceDetail-focused with a sharp eye for accuracyHighly organised, self-motivated, and thrive in a team environmentDesirable:Solid PC and Excel skillsExperience in large AR teamsFamiliarity with TechnologyOne (Tech1)Here's a taste of what TEG offers:Complimentary tickets to selected eventsBirthday LeaveVolunteering LeaveAccess to wellbeing discountsFlu VaccinationsCompany Paid Parental LeaveFree Advice and Support (EAP)What you can expect?
