**About the role
Provide efficient pharmacy services that are aligned to organisational goals and legislative standards. Undertake technical and support tasks under the supervision of Senior Pharmacy Assistants and Pharmacists, including medicines distribution, stock management, product preparation, prescription processing and associated activities.
About you
Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to hospital patients and staff by upholding organisational values and code of conduct.
Manage patient and hospital staff enquiries including confirmation of patient/staff identification, retrieving dispensed/distributed medicines and advising of prescription wait times.
Correctly identify and obtain Medicare, concession, and safety net details, and entering details into HBCIS and iPharmacy.
Assist with the preparation of prescriptions under the direct supervision of a pharmacist in line with legislative, PBS and local procedures.
