We have an opportunity to join our production team at our Jindong Brewery for someone passionate about great beer and ensuring it reaches customers in top condition.Position: Full-time Trainee Brewery OperatorReporting To: Lead Brewer and Head BrewerKey Responsibilities:Cleaning and sanitizing tanksAssisting the brew team with cellar work and wort productionSupporting the packaging team with canning and keggingRecording all quality parametersSupporting Quality Assurance with standard and quality checksContributing to continual improvement of quality and environmental standardsAssisting with warehousing tasksGeneral Requirements:Well presented and punctualPhysically fit and able to stand for long periodsAble to work independently and in a teamForklift license or willingness to obtain oneRight to work in AustraliaThis is an entry-level position open to individuals without previous brewery experience.
