**About the Role**

We are seeking a passionate Health, Safety and Environment Graduate, on a full-time basis for a maximum term 12 month contract. You will play a key role in supporting the effective administration and maintenance of QHSE systems and documentation across the business.
- Support the QHSE function in site and system QHSE Audits, Workplace Assessments and Site
- Support and manage administration of the companies' QHSE Management Systems
- Provide administration support and record management of incident reports and investigations, as required
- Maintain QHSE documentation process including hazard and non
- conformance notices, incident reports
- Maintain the integrity of QHSE data and records
- Administer and distribute Corrective Actions arising from audits and support the close out
- Maintain the Legal Register & ensure accurate communication of updates of legal requirements
- Comply with all Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental Policies and procedures relating to the companies' operations
- Be a role model by demonstrating behaviour that is consistent with the QHSE Management System and continually model this behaviour to other Sarah employees, clients, subcontractors and external stakeholders to the business

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will be driven, flexible, enthusiastic and possess the following qualifications and desirable experience;
- Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, WHS, or similar.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to deal appropriately with sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
