**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
You will be assisting in the general operations of the kitchen during the Christmas period.

**GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES**

Daily tasks will include but are not limited to:

- Assist daily kitchen operations
- Cleaning kitchen equipment and dishes
- Handling ingredients, food and baked goods
- Decorating baked goods

**WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO HAS**:

- At least 1 year experience in a fast past production kitchen
- Attention to detail and care for their work
- Diligent and able to work and communicate effectively and efficiently in a team

**YOU'LL NEED**:

- To provide us your resume (Please include your availabilities in your resume)
- To have working rights in Australia
- Own transport to get to and from work

**Hours**: 28 - 32 hours a week with at least 4 days a week available during the month December.

Normal hours of operation is between:

- 6:00am - 2:00pm (Monday)
- 8:00am - 4:00pm (Standard Tues - Saturday)
- 6:00am - 4:00pm (Peak periods)

Immediate start

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- West Footscray, VIC 3012: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Pastry chef: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
