**The Opportunity**
Come and discover the opportunity to join the number one Engineering Plastic Distributor in Queensland, based out of our new 6000sqm facility at Willawong.
Being the key customer representative to a dedicated portfolio of customer accounts, you'll partner with our customers maintaining our high standards of service delivery. In this role, you will bring your experience and willingness to learn. You will interact and manage an external Territory on the Northside of Brisbane plus the Sunshine Coast.

**What will you do?**
This role will offer variety and scope for a self-motivated, quick thinker and an enthusiastic team player who enjoys the full spectrum of a busy workplace. You'll be responsible for the following:
- managing and interacting with our customers and providing excellent customer experience for your account portfolio.
- collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide solutions and deliver products in line with customer business needs.
- providing our customers with real-time market updates and pricing on product and service-related matters.
- continuously look at new ways of improving the customer experience and consistently improving the total value proposition.

As a highly motivated individual, you'll provide exceptional service to our customers. You will have:
- the relevant tertiary qualifications in a related discipline (Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Commerce or real life experience).
- excellent communication and a high standard of customer focus with the ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- good attention to detail and the ability to complete multiple tasks simultaneously with your superior time management skills.
- a can-do attitude and the ability to pick up new customer opportunities to increase sales.
- a thirst for learning and taking on new challenges and initiatives.
- full Australian working rights and a current driver's license.
